B. B. & M., <br />as shown on a Map of Jurupa Rancho recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 33, <br />Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Fractional Section <br />6, said point being the Southwest corner of the property of the <br />Excelsior Land Company, as shown by Record of Survey Map <br />recorded in Book 1, Page 75, Records of said County; thence <br />N 350 30' W 246, 9 feet along the Westerly line of the Excelsior <br />Land Company's lands as shown on said map to an intersection <br />with a line parallel to and 200 feet north of the south line of <br />said Fractional Section 6; thence S 890 36' E 1, 484, 9 feet along <br />said parallel line, being also along a present corporate boundary <br />of the City of Colton; thence S 290 00' W 227. 8 feet to the south <br />line of said Fractional Section 6; thence N 89 036' W 1, 231 R 1 <br />feet along said south line to the point of beginning; <br />ADOPTED this 7th day of November , 1961, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Fuchs, Coltrin, Rimbaugh, Oliva <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Miller <br />ity er <br />Signed and approved this 7th day of November , 1961. <br />Mayd? of the i of Colton <br />
