That real property in the City of Colton described as <br />follows, to wit: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 15 and 16, in Block 36, Colton Addition as per <br />plat recorded in Book 6, page 10 of Maps, Records of San <br />Bernardino County; <br />is hereby taken out of R3 and reclassified and placed in Cl zone. <br />SECTION TWO.
