therefore, in the amount hereinafter set forth, and for the objects and purposes set forth in said resolution and herein- after stated. Section 2. That the object and purpose for which said indebtedness is to be incurred and bonds issued there- for is as follows: The acquisition and construction by said city of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: a street improvement in the city consisting of an underpass on "N't Street under the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company main -line tracks and siding, with appurtenances and appurtenant work, and including the acquisition of land, easements, rights of way, apparatus, equipment and other property necessary therefor. Section 3. That the estimated cost of the municipal improvement described in Section 2 hereof is the sum of six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($625,000 and that the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be incurred therefor is the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). The estimated cost of said municipal improvement includes any or all of the following: (a) Legal or other fees incidental to or connected with the authorization, issuance and sale of the bonds, and (b) the costs of printing the bonds and other costs and expenses incidental to or connected with the issuance and sale of the bonds. 2.
