Section 7. That the City Clerk shall certify <br />to the passage and adoption of this ordinance by a vote <br />of more than two-thirds of all of the members of the City <br />Council of said city, and shall cause this ordinance to <br />be published once a week for two (2) weeks in the COLTON <br />COURIER, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and <br />published less than six (6) days a week in said city. No <br />other notice of such election need be given. <br />Section o.
