ORDINANCE NO, 1 125 <br />jI <br />i AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />11 REGULATING THE OPERATION OF POOL <br />AND BILLIARD ROOMS OR ESTABLISHMENTS <br />IN THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />mss= <br />I <br />5' The City Council of the City of Colton does ordain as follows: <br />i� SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for any owner, manager or other <br />I�711 person in charge of any pool or billiard room in the City of Colton, either by <br />i <br />'911 himself or through an agent, clerk or employee to permit or allow any person <br />lE <br />9 !► <br />under the age of Eighteen years (unless accompanied by a parent or legal <br />!i <br />101 guardian, ) to visit or play any game therein, <br />11 1 SECTION 2: That it shall be unlawful for any person under the age <br />12 i1 of Eighteen years to misrepresent his age to any owner, manager, agent or <br />employee of any pool or billiard room in the City of Colton for the purpose of <br />1, <br />14 4i visiting or playing any game therein, contrary to this ordinance. <br />15 SECTION 3: Such owner or proprietor of a pool or billiard room in <br />.i <br />16 the City of Colton may require a written statement as to the age of any person <br />17gi� desirin to visit or play any game in such pool or billiard room in the City of <br />I <br />i <br />18 ,� Colton, and when such statement is secured in good faith it shall protect such <br />1911 owner or proprietor from prosecution for the violation of this ordinance. <br />i <br />20 i1 <br />SECTION 4: All such signed statements shall be kept on file an <br />it at all times be open to the inspection of any policeman of the City of <br />21-11 shall <br />22 j!
