ORDINANCE NO, 1137 <br />AN ORDINANCE RE CLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CO O <br />LT N AaS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE, That real property in the City of Colton described as follows, <br />to wit <br />That portion of Lot 9, ROSEDALE TRACT, in the County of San Bernardino, <br />State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 12 of Maps, page 41, records <br />of said. County, beginning at a point in the centerline of Bostick Avenue, <br />which is also the Easterly line of Lot 9 of said Tract;said point being 270 feet <br />North of the Southerly line of the Northerly 3 quarter acres of Lot 10 of said Tract <br />said line now being marked by an iron pipe stake 445. 03 feet North of the Center <br />line of Litton Avenue, thence Westerly parallel with said Southerly line 160 feet; <br />thence Northerly parallel with the centerline of Bostick Avenue, 150 feet; thence <br />Easterly parallel with said Southerly line 160 feet to the centerline of Bostick <br />Avenue, thence Southerly along said centerline 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EXCEPT therefrom the Easterly 32 feet thereof for street purposes; <br />is hereby taken out of`lunclassified" <br />/ and reclassified and placed in R-1 zone. <br />SECTION TWO, The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance <br />and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper a er of <br />general circulation within the City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day ofn August, 1962 <br />ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City k <br />C`le <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed by the City <br />Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereof held on August 21, 1962 <br />by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen Rimbaugh, Miller, Oliva, Holtzendorff, Valizan <br />
