Coburn as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 20 records of said county; said point being on the present corporate limits of the City of San Bernardino thence Northeasterly along said City Limit Line and the Southeasterly line of said Lot 21 and the Southeasterly line of Lots 22 and 23 of said Map showing Plan of Lot on Colton Avenue, to a point that is 20¢ 00 feet Southwesterly from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 23; thence South 39 0 45 ' 23" East, a distance of 506.47 feet; thence South 39 0 01' 37" East to its intersection with a line that bears South 500 East from the point of beginn- ing; thence North 50 0 West, to the point of beginning, Note: Said above described parcel being a portion of that cer - tain parcel of land described in the Deed to T. Wo Harber et ux by deed recorded November 17, 1949, in Book 2488, Page 327, Official Records of said County.
