That the City Council does hereby declare its intention to <br />order the abandonment of the north 150 feet of the easterly 40 feet of Eleventh <br />Street adjacent to Block 75 of the Town of Colton as recorded in Book 9 of Maps, <br />Page 37, Records of San Bernardino County, Calif <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is <br />j hereby made to the map on file in the office of the City Clerk of Colton, <br />California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of January, 1963, <br />in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, California be and the same is <br />hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or <br />objecting to the proposed abandonment, may appear before the City Council and <br />offer evidence in relation thereto. <br />SECTION 3. That C. Glenn Wilson, Director of Public Works of the <br />City of Colton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be <br />posted as required by the Street Vacation Act of 1941. <br />SECTION 4. Nothing in this Ordinance shall in any way effect or dis- <br />turb <br />is-turb any and all easements for public utilities of the City of Colton now located <br />on or which in the future in accordance with standard installation practices be <br />reasonably necessary to locate, on, over, or across a portion of the premises <br />mentioned herein before and all said present easements shall remain in full <br />force and effect, including right of ingress and egress to maintain, reconstruct, <br />and service said utilities. <br />Without limitations upon generalities of this Section 4, said easements <br />
