That said Commission shall consist of seven mem- <br />bers who shall be appointed by the City Council from the citizens of the <br />City of Colton at large. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of June <br />1963. <br />ATTEST: <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was passed by the <br />City Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th <br />day of June , 1963, by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen Rimbaugh, Holtzendorff, Oliva, Spragins <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Miller . <br />
