I <br />A <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />SECTION FOUR: RULES AND REGULATIONS: The City Council may, <br />from time to time., by Resolution fix the price for each burial space or grave, <br />and the percentage thereof to be placed in the ENDOWMENT CARE FUND,, and <br />to establish such policies, rules and regulations as from time to time may be <br />necessary and convenient, provided the same shall not be in conflict with this <br />ordinance, other public law or laws, or orders or decrees of court on the <br />subject and shall be used for the guidance and information of the public, City, <br />its employees and agents, <br />SECTION FIVE: REPEAL OF ORDINANCES: Ordinances No. 814, 938 <br />and 996 are hereby repealed, provided, without limitation upon the legality other. <br />wise thereof any and all lawful acts performed by any person under and pursuant <br />to said acts are expressly ratified,. affirmed and approved. <br />SECTION SIX: SEPARABILITY: If any section, subsection,, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or <br />unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be <br />deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not <br />I <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of August, 1963. <br />14 <br />ATTEST: , <br />y . dr <br />yor <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed by the <br />City Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereof held on August <br />20, 1963 by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen Rimbaugh, Holtzendorff, Spragins, Miller <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Oliva <br />City Plerk <br />
