That real property in the City of Colton described as <br />follows, to wit: <br />About 4 plus acres of land situated between Barton Road, <br />Washington Street and Waling Street is hereby taken out <br />of the Unclassified Area and placed in the C -2-X General <br />Commercial Combining Regulations Zone subject to the <br />conditions outlined in Planning Commission Resolution <br />No, 386. <br />SECTION TWO.
