ITS VIOLATION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 210, Article 11 of Ordinance No. 851 be amended to read: Section 210 - Exceptions. (a) Conditional exceptions to the provisions. herein defined may be authorized if exceptional or special circumstances apply to the property. Such special circumstances may include any or all of the following: 1; Condominiums, co.4ops, planned unit developments, town houses and similar type developments. 2.; Limited size, unusual shapes extreme topography, in- cluding hillside developments. 3. Extreme and dominating problems such as drainage, street alignment, ac ce s sability, etc. 4„ Txnpracticabil.ity of complying with comprehensive or Precise Plan by reason of existing or prior recorded conxlguous subdivision, (b) Such Exceptions as outlined above shall be processed by the Planning Commission in the same manner as Conditional Use Permits in i accordance with Sections 1703-1708 inclusive,, of Article XVII of Ordinance No. 9 64. .SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this. ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton,, PA,SS,EDw, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of April, 1964, ATTEST: 7 its G e r yor
