Penalty <br />Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br />upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred <br />dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed 64 days., or both such fine <br />and imprisonment,. <br />Section 11, Severance Clause <br />The provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable and <br />if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance shall for any <br />reason be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses and phrases of this <br />ordinance but they shall remain in effect.,, it being the legislative intent that <br />this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any part.. <br />Section 12„ Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance, be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />Section 13,., Definition of Terms <br />Singalar shall include the plural and person shall include firm, <br />association, corporation and individuals; <br />Section 14. Time for Solicitation <br />No permit as herein contemplated shall be issued to allow solicita- <br />tions before 9 A. M. in the morning or after sundown. <br />Section 15.
