<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON RE-
<br />FERRING TO CERTAIN FUNDS HERETOFORE
<br />CREATED BY ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION,,,
<br />AFFIRMING THE CURRENT EXISTENCE THEREOF
<br />AND CREATING CERTAIN OTHER FUNDS*
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY
<br />ORDAIN:
<br />SECTION 1,. Funds Established by Ordinance.
<br />That each or the following Funds have been. astablished by an
<br />Ordinance or the ::City of Colton as hereinafter set rorth.,, -Such Funds are
<br />necessary and are required to receive the various revenues accruing to the
<br />City, Expenditure or these revenues, are ror the purposes set forth in said
<br />Ordinances-,
<br />a)
<br />Library Fund - established by Ordinance No,. 218, dated
<br />.May 2, 1906 and as also provided by Sections 22241 and 27401
<br />of the Education Code,,

<br />Endowment Care Fund - established by Ordinance No 1163,
<br />dated August 20, 1963, and as also provided by Se('ions
<br />3768,1-37685 inclusive,,, of the Government Code,

<br />Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund - established by
<br />Ordinance No., 549, dated November 18,,,, 1935., and as also
<br />provided by the provisions of the Street and Highways :Code,

<br />Municipal Improvement Bond, 1957,, Interest and Redemption
<br />Fund - established by Ordinanc-z No., 943, dated April 24,,, 1957*
<br />e)
<br />Underpass Bonds,, Election 1956, Series, 1, Interest and Re-
<br />demption -Fund - established by Ordinance No. 900, dated
<br />-April 17, 19 61.
<br />Underpass Bonds.. Election 1956, Series 2, Interest and
<br />Redemption Fund - established by Ordinance No. 944,, dated
<br />.April 24, 1957.
