NO. 1203 <br />AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING, PROPERTY <br />BE, IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM, CITYOF COLTON <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE, That real property in the City of Colton described as <br />fallows, to wit: <br />Intersection of South 7th and La Cadena Drive <br />Conditions of Approval: <br />I. Solid masonry wall 6 feet in height be placed along the <br />north property line. <br />Z4 Curb, gutter and sidewalks shall be installed along the <br />La Cadence -Avenue frontage.,, <br />% Driveway access shall be limited to, one drive on 7th <br />and one drive on La Cadena. <br />4.
