hereby established the following Fire Zones within the City of Colto <br />(a) Fire Zone 1 shall be considered as comprising all the <br />real property and improvements thereon located within the boundaries <br />described as follows: <br />Blocks 107., 108., 109, 110.1 South 1/2 of Blocks 935 94, 95 <br />96 and North 1/2 of Blocks 123, 124, 125 and 126, of the Town Of Colton <br />as recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 37 Records of San Bernardino County, <br />California. 5 <br />(b) Fire Zone 2 shall be considered as comprising all the <br />real Property and improvements thereon, located within the boundaries <br />described as follows: <br />All those areas as shown on the official Zoning Map of the <br />City of Colton as amended, as being in a C-1, urx-2, D.1 -L or M-1 Zone and <br />all other areas shown on said Zoning Map which hereafter may be re- <br />classified to a C-1.9 C-2) M -L or M-1 Zone in accordance with Ordinance <br />No. 964 of the City of Colton. <br />(c) Fire Zone 3,shall be considered as comprising all the <br />real property and improvements thereon, located within the city limits <br />of the City of Colton other than as specifically described herein. <br />SECTION 5. That all ordinm ces, or parts of ordinances in conflict <br />with the terms and Provisions hereof and -particularly Ordinance No. 1032 <br />are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6. If any section, sub -section, sentence, clause or phrase <br />of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, or any <br />part thereof, by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the Validity of the remaining portions of <br />this ordinance. The City Council of this city hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted this ordinance and each section, sub -section, sentence <br />clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one <br />or more sections, sub -sections, clauses, phrases or portions thereof be <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of October, 1964. <br />ATTEST: JOHN M.
