NOo, 1125,o, AN ORDINANCE—OF THE CITY OF COLTON REGULATING TIE OPERATION OF POOL AND BILLIARD ROOMS OR ESTABLISH- MENTS IN THE CITY OF COLTON- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, That Section One of Ordinance No 112.5 shall be amended to -read as follows. - ,Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any owner,, manager or other per- son in charge of any pool or billiard room in the City of, Colton, either by him- self or through an agent, clerk or employee to permit, or allow any per -son under the age of Fourteen years funless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian} to visit or play any game therein. Section.4 That Section Two of Ordinance Nos 1125 shall be amended Section 2,, That it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of Fourteen years to mIsrepresent his age to any owner, manager, agent or employee of any pool or billiard room in the City of Colton for the purpose of visit -Ing or playing any gaxne therein, contrary to this. ordinanceo Section 3, That Section Five of Ordinance No. 1125 shall be amended to read as follows*. 22 Section 5. It shallbe unlawful for any person under the age of 23 Fourteen years to .enter any pool or billiard room in the City or Colton for the 24 25 purpose of visitng the same or playing any game therein, Itnle'as accompanied by parent or guardian,, 26 Section 4A That a new section be added to Ordinance No 11,25 to be 27 designated Section 5a, to, read as -follows: 28 29 Section 5a.
