1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 10 It 12 13 14 15, 161 .... —I 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 129 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO3 1236 The City Council of the City of Colton, doe s hereby ordain - WHEREAS,, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton as heretq- fore and on or about the 9th day of February, 1960, considered the zoning of certain real property described as follows, to wit, Beginning at a point in the north, right of way line, of C StreeLt, said point being 142 feet east of the centerline of Tejon Avenue,, 50 feet wide and, -38 feet north of the f-anterline of C Street; thence east along saidnorth right of way line- to its intersection with the west right of way line of Rancho Avenue,-, thence I northerly along said west right of way line and through a tangent curve having a radius of 15 feet concave to the southwest to. the south right of way line of .8 Street; the -nee along said south right of Way line a distance of 137. 25 feet,- thence south parallel to Rancho Avenue a. distance, of 150 feet; thence west parallel to B Street, a distance of 180 feet; thence south :along a line that is parallel to Rancho: Avenue to the point of beginning to C - 1 - X zone, and WHEREASA said Planning, Commission did recommend approval of said zoning as aforesaid, and WHEAEA5, the City Council of the City of Colton did duly pass, and adopt a. Master Plan for the City of Colton encompassing in part, the afore- said area and zoning said, property C -I -X zone, and, WHEREAS.,, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to: adopt, ratify and confirm its and said prior action of sail Planning Commission, zoning said property, as aforesaid, I NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Coltonthat the real property in the.
