That real property in the City of Colton described as <br />follows, to wit: <br />Beginning ata point at the NW corner of Lot 32 Of "Colton Orange <br />Villa Tract, thence due North for a distance of 300.3' to a point <br />368' East of Pennsylvania Avenue on a Prolongation of the South <br />boundary of a portion of Lot 17, Colton Land and Water Company <br />Subdivision, known as Parcel 17 of such owner's property, thence <br />due East along this line for a distance of 160', thence South to <br />the Northeast corner of Lot 30 Of 'Colton Orange Villa Tract, and <br />thence West a distance of 160' to the point of beginning; and <br />Lots 20, 21, 30 and 31 Of Colton Orange Villa Tract, <br />is hereby taken out of R-1, Single Family Residential and reclassified and <br />placed in M-1, Light Manufacturing Zone. <br />SECTION TWO.
