ORDINANCE NO. 1255 AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE. That real property in the City of Colton described as follows, to wit: Those portions of Lots 7 and 8, Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7.of Maps, Page 2, Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 54, said point being a point in the corporate --boundary of the City of Colton; thence along said corporate boundary line the following courses and distances; South 881 44' 15" East a distance of 88.34 feet to the point of beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest, having radius of 960 feet and a tangent of South 750 48' 55" East through an angle of 00 36' 37"; thence Northeasterly along said curve a distance of 10.23 feet; thence North 130 34' 28" East a distance of 92.14 feet; thence South 880 44' 15" east a distance of 139.67 feet to the centerline of Warm Creek; thence Northerly along said centerline of said Warm Creek to the North line of the South one-half of said Lot 8; thence leaving the corporate boundary of the City of Colton West along said North line of said South one-half of said Lot 8 and continuing West along the North line of the South one-half of said Lot 7 a dis- tance of 399.15 feet ta, a point in the corporate boundary of the City of Colton; thence along said boundary line South 00 10' East a distance of 660 feet to the South line of said Lot 7; thence continuing along said boundary line South 880 44' 15" East along said'South line of said Lot 7 a distance of 66 feet to the Point of Beginning. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton.
