ORDINANCE NO. 1260 <br />AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE. That real property in the City of Colton described <br />as follows, to -wit; <br />The north side of Laurel Street between Redlands <br />and Rialto Avenue, from the C-1, Neighborhood <br />Commercial Zone to the R-3, Multiple -Fancily <br />Residential Zone; <br />is hereby taken out of C-1 and reclassified and placed in R-3 zone. <br />SECTION TWO. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the <br />Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of <br />Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21 day of December, 1965. <br />JOHN M.
