ORDINANCE NO. 1261 <br />AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE. That real property in the City of Colton described <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />Property situated at the southwest corner of <br />Citrus Street and Riverside Avenue from C-1, <br />Neighborhood Commercial to the R-3, Multiple -family <br />Residential <br />is hereby taken out of C-1 and reclassified and placed in R-3 zone. <br />SECTION T1,40. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21 day of December, 1965. <br />JOHN M.
