That real property in the City of <br />Colton described as follows to -wit: <br />That property situated south of Laurel Street, west <br />of the AT&SF Railroad, north of Acacia Street, <br />and east of Pennsylvania Avenue, excepting there- <br />from the first 150 feet east of Pennsylvania <br />Avenue and Lots 34 through'.39, Colton Orange <br />Villa Tract., <br />is hereby reclassified as M-1, Light Industrial. <br />SECTION TWO. That it is necessary that this Ordin- <br />ance shall take effect immediately in order to provide for the <br />proper development and planning of the area involved and it is <br />hereby ordained that said ordinance shall take effect immediate- <br />Ily upon its passage and approval by the City Council of the City <br />�of Colton. <br />SECTION THREE. The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance <br />Iand the City Clerk shall attest the same and the City Clerk shall <br />cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a <br />newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the" <br />City of Colton. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, <br />JOHN M.
