That Se.ction 5 - Sub Section A of ordinance <br />No. 1086 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 5 -- Service Connections <br />A. The City will furnish and install a service of such <br />size and at such location as the user requests, provided. <br />the City considers the same to be reasonable and such service <br />will be installed from the City Water distribution main to the curl <br />line or property line or the premises which may abut on the <br />Street; or other thoroughfares, or on the dedicated utility, <br />tight of way or easement or such other location which the City <br />may deem to be reasonable and for any such service the party <br />requesting the same shall pay the following charges in advance <br />therefor, to -wit: <br />Size of service installation Charges <br />3/4"t $ 100.00 <br />150.00 <br />225.00 <br />2 <br />325.00 <br />3 850.00 <br />4 1,460.00 <br />6 2,550.00 <br />a 3,850.00 <br />10 and larger Time and Material <br />All special meters will be time and rraterial. <br />B. The City Council may by resolution hereafter amend or <br />change from time to time as circumstances and conditions may <br />warrant, any and all rates and charges set forth in Paragraph A. <br />SECTION 2. Certification: The City Clerk shall certify to <br />the pagsage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be <br />published once in the Colton Courier a newspaper of general <br />
