It � ORDINANCE NO., 1270 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN AREAS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINOjr HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, UPON WHICH ARE LOCATED COLTON CITY WELLS AND WHICH IS DESIGNATED NORTH COLTON ANNEXATION NO. 6 TO THE CITY OF COLTON. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February, 1966, the Council of the City of Colton did pass and adopt Resolution #2658, giving notice of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory located within the City of San Bernardino upon which is located Colton City'Wells, and WHEREAS, said Resolution #2658 did contain a notice of the 11 day hour and place when and where the Council of the City of Colton 12 would hear protests made by any person owning real property 13 within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said 14 hearing being not less than forty nor more than sixty days from 15 the date of passage of said Resolution; and 16 WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April, 1966 at the hour of 1,7117:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center located at 18 19 20 21, 22 23 24 25 261 28 29 650 North Eighth Street in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, said time and place being the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 2658 for hearing protests to said annexation, the said City Council did hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annexation and did determine -that sufficient protests have not been made by the owners of the property within the district proposed to be annexed, and WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino did by its Resolution No. 7365, gave its consent to the City of Colton to annex the following hereinafter described property, now located within the City of San Bernardino, upon which City of Colton wells
