That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton is herein approved, is the County of San Bernardino, all that territory situate in State of California, more particularly described as follows: Those portions of Lots 17 and 18, Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, in the office of the Recorder, County of San Bernardino, 'State of California, described as follows.
