That Article IX, Section 901 be amended to read as follows: <br />Section 901. Height. <br />Any building or structure exceeding forty-five (45), feet in height shall be <br />set back one ,(I), foot from each side and rear property line for each foot such <br />building or structure exceeds the height of forty-five <br />1 (45),.., feet. <br />SECTION 5... That ArtIW6.-, IX a, Section 911 of Ordinance No. 964 is <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION, .6. That Article X, Section 1001 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7. That Article X1, Section 11,02 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 8. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect <br />thirty days after final passage. <br />SECTION 9. Publication.
