3/64 <br />MM <br />WHEREAS, said proposition received the affirma- <br />tive vote and assent of more than two-thirds of all of the <br />qualified voters of said city votingonsaid proposition, <br />and said city is now authorized to Issue bonds in the amount <br />and for the purpose set forth In said proposition: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton s California, DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section I. That bonds of the City of Colton, <br />California, In the principal sum of $305,000 be issued <br />and sold for the purpose set forth in the bond proposition <br />in the recitals hereof, Said bonds shall be designated <br />"RAILWAY UNDERPASS BONDS, ELECTION 1965" <br />Said bonds shall be all In the denomination of $1,000 each, <br />or a1, in the denomination of $5,000 each, at the option of <br />the purchaser, and shall be eitber6i in number, numbered <br />I to 61 , inclusive, or 305 in number, numbered <br />1 to 305 2 inclusive, depending upon the denomina- <br />tion specified.
