IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION <br />33000 et seq, OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, <br />BE .IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS'; FOLLOWS: <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the "Community Redevelopment Law", <br />(Section 33 000 et seq. , Health and Safety Code of the State of California)., it <br />is hereby authorized that the number of members to be appointed on the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton be increased to Seven. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />of this Ordinance and transmit a copy thereof, so certified, to '-.tha Secretary of <br />IlState for his action, pursuant to the prov2ions of said Community Redevelop- <br />ment Law as amended. <br />The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall <br />cause the same to be published at least once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper <br />of general circulation, published in said City of Colton and hereby designated <br />I for that purpose. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 16th day of August, 1966. <br />Ida -yo —r <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed by the City Council <br />of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th ...day of <br />August, 1966, by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYPR- <br />
