(c) That the remainder of the required four (4) acres shall <br />10 be supplied by the requirements of this ordinance and the recreatior <br />11 <br />program of the City. <br />12 <br />SECTION. POPULATION DENSITY. Population density for the <br />13 <br />14 <br />purpose of this ordinance shall be determined in accordance with <br />I�the 1960 Census of Population on Housings Final Report PEC (l)-82 <br />16 Los Angeles, Long Beach SMSA, to wit. <br />17 (a) Single family dwelling units, and duplexes = 3.1 <br />18personsper dwelling unit; and <br />191 (b) Multiple family dwelling units = 2.1 persons per <br />20 <br />dwelling unit. <br />21 <br />IThe basis for determining the total number of dwelling units shall <br />22 <br />23 �be the number of such units permitted by the city on the property <br />24�4ncluded in the subdivision at the time the final subdivision tract <br />25mapis filed with the City Council for approval. <br />26 SECTION 6. AMOUNT OF LAND TO BE DEDICATED.
