That real property in the City of Colton <br />described as follows, to wit: <br />1. Lots 13 through 32, of Blocks 112 and 113, <br />Town of Colton, Lots 1 through 16, of <br />Blocks 120 and 119, Town of Colton, as <br />per map recorded in Bk. 9 of Maps, page 37, <br />and Lots 1 through 11 of the Van Luven <br />Subdivision as per map recorded in Bk. 21 <br />of Maps, page 52, reocrds of said county <br />s hereby taken out of Neighborhood Commercial and Multiple Family <br />esidental and reclassified and placed in General Commercial. <br />2. Block 121, Town of Colton as per map re- <br />corded in Bk. 9 of Maps, page 37, records <br />of said county <br />is hereby taken out of Neighborhood Commercial and Multiple Family. <br />Residential and reclassified and placed in Light Industrial. <br />SECTION TWO. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in <br />the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the <br />City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of February, 1967. <br />Mayor <br />
