That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton is hereby approved, is all that territory situated in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Being that portion of Section 28, 32 and33 Township 1 South Range 4 West, S.B.M., in the County of San Bernar- dino, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection with the Northerly right-of-way line of Washing- ton Avenue, vacated, and the Easterly right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Avenue as said intersection is shown on the Map of the County Surveyor's File num- ber C.S. 6672, records of said County; Thence North 8005515811 East a distance of 203.49 feet, being along the North right-of-way line of said Washington Avenue, vacated; Thence North 8902413911 East a distance of 393.62 feet; Thence South 003411211/ East a distance of 30.00 feet;
