That all assessments hereinafter <br />10 made in the City of Colton for taxes for municipal purposes <br />11 shall be made by the County Assessor of the County of San Ber- <br />12 1 nardino; State of California. <br />13 SECTION TWO. This Ordinance is for the immediate <br />14 preservation of the public peace, health and safety and shall <br />15 take effect immediately upon its adoption and publication. <br />P p l�cation. <br />1.6 <br />17The facts constituting the urgency thereof are as <br />' <br />follows: <br />18 it <br />19� This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to the general <br />I <br />2011 laws of the State of California for levying municipal taxes to <br />21 ;provide for the maintenance of the various governmental func- <br />, <br />221!tions of the City of Colton, including police protection, fire <br />23' protection, health regulations and other functions which pre - <br />24 ;! <br />Ilserve the public health and safety in the City of Colton. <br />25 i <br />26� SECTION THREE. That a certified copy of this <br />27 Ordinance shall be filed with the Auditor of the County of San <br />281 Bernardino, State of California. <br />291 PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 22nd day of <br />30!
