That real property in the City of Colton <br />described as follows, to wit: <br />Lot 44, Tract No. 2570, Monterey Park Heights <br />in the City of Colton, as per plat recorded <br />in Book 36 of Maps, Page 80, records of said <br />County. <br />Lots 75 and 76, Tract No. 2570, in the City <br />of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State <br />of California, as per map recorded in Book <br />36, Page 80 of Maps, in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of said County. <br />EXCEPT that portion of said Lot 76, describ- <br />ed as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of <br />the City of Colton boundary line and the <br />Westerly line of said Lot 76; thence South <br />along said Westerly line 92.64 feet; thence <br />Easterly 95.06 feet to the intersection of <br />said boundary line of said City of Colton; <br />thence North 44056' West along said boundary <br />line to the point of beginning. <br />is hereby taken out of R-1, Single Family Zone and re-classified <br />and placed in R-3, Multiple Residential Zone. <br />SECTION TWO.
