UPON THE STREET, SIDDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC AND, PRIVATE PLACES IN THE CITY OF COL - TON. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cT.rY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTTON AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074 is hereby amended by add- ing thereto on Sub Section 16A, Art- icle XV, 16.2 the following: Name of. Street or Portion mffected: Valley Blvd eastbound, from Acacia Ave. to Pepper Ave. Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 45 MPH Name of Street or Portion affected: Valley Blvd. westbound, from Pep- per Ave. to West City Limits Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 45 MPH 2.
