Except as otherwise provided herein, the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be administered and enforced <br />by the Police Chief. In the enforcement of this ordinance such <br />officers and his deputies may enter upon private or public pro- <br />perty to examine a vehicle or parts thereof, or obtain informa- <br />tion as to the idenity of a vehicle declared to be a nuisance <br />pursuant to this ordinance. <br />The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the <br />Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the <br />City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED and APPROVED this 19th day of March, 1968. <br />PASCUAL S.
