PLANNING , COMMISSION„ RESOLUTION NO. 548 <br />WHEREAS, the Colton City Planning Commission did consider the <br />request of the Inland Christian Center Church for a Change of <br />Zone from Unclassified to R-1 zoning on property situated on <br />the east side of the Riverside Freeway, west of Mt. Vernon Avenue <br />and south of Washington Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did give notice of the public <br />hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold said public hearing <br />and consider said Zone Change on March 26, 1968; and <br />WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appears to the Planning Commission <br />that the public interest, necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare will be best served by the recommendation of this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does <br />hereby recommend to the City Council approval of the Zone Change <br />as requested. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton, County of <br />San Bernardino, State of California, at a regular meeting of <br />said Planning Commission held on the 26th day of March, 1968, <br />by the following vote; to wit: <br />AYES: Commissioners Brown, Grossich, Hodge, Huntoon, Kjorvestad, <br />Kok, Llamas <br />NOES: Commissioners: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners: None <br />GEORGE R.
