That Section 3 entitled Changes of Ordinance No. <br />1074 is hereby amended to add thereto; on Sub Section 16A the <br />following, VIZ: <br />Name of Street or Declared Prima Facie <br />Portion Affected Speed Limit <br />La Cadena Drive from Santa <br />Ana River to Congress Street 45 MPH <br />2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force <br />and effect thirty days after final passage. <br />3.
