Alleys twenty (20) feet wide may be required at the <br />jI I <br />'rear of all lots classified for and to be used for commercial, y <br />5 1 industrial, or multiple family purposes and -at such other places i <br />6 i� as may be required by the City. Alleys elsewhere shall be. I <br />7 it it I <br />optional with the City, but if offered, they shall be not less <br />i <br />than twenty (20) feet wide and shall be approved by the City. <br />any specific Plan indicates alleys, then said alleys thus <br />10� <br />11 <br />shown shall be required. <br />12 2. Alleys at the rear of business, industry or multiple_:-- <br />13j1 residential property may be subject to individual determination <br />by the City as to design, location and possible increased' width. <br />3. Alleys may be required at the rear of all property <br />fronting directly upon any major highway. <br />4. Where two alleys intercept or intersect, the corner <br />shall have a ten (10) foot radius to which the lot boundaries <br />20 Ilare tangent or on straight line connecting points.on both lot <br />11 <br />21 I lines ten (10) feet distant from the corner .of the lot at the <br />i <br />22 intersection of the alleys. <br />•23 <br />IV <br />24 <br />Section 206: UTILITY EASEMENTS. <br />25 i <br />;i <br />' 1.
