Section 208: BLOCKS. <br />1. Blocks less than three hundred _thirty . Long blocks may be required adjacent to .major thorough- <br />; <br />10� fares whenever the City deems it advisable in order to reduce the <br />11 (i <br />number of intersections. <br />12 <br />13Section 209: EXCEPTIONS. <br />1, Conditional exceptions to the provisions herein defined <br />I <br />15 may be authorized if exceptional or special circumstances apply to <br />16 <br />the property. Such special circumstances may include: <br />17 <br />a. Condominiums, co-ops, planned unit developments, <br />18 <br />11 <br />19�Itown houses and similar type developments. <br />20 <br />�i b. Limited size, unusual shape, extreme topography, <br />21 ,including hillside developments. <br />22; C. Extreme and dominating problems such as.drainage, <br />.,-23 <br />i1 street alignment, and accessability. <br />w � <br />24 <br />2.
