That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situate !in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Being all of Lot 214 and portions of Lots 213, 215, and 216 of the Town of Rialto adjoining Subdivision as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 11 of Maps, in the office of the Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California, being also in Section 24, Township 1 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East half of said Lot 213; Thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot 213 and continuing along the North line of said Lot 214, to the center line of Meridian Avenue, said point being on the existing Colton City boundary; Thence Southerly and Westerly along said City boundary, following all of its various courses, to an intersection with the Northerly right- of-way line of State Route No. 26; Thence leaving said City boundary North- westerly along said Northerly right-of- way line of said Route No. 26, to an inter- section with the existing Colton City boundary;
