ORDINANCE NO. 1342 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, ORDERING, CALLING, PRO- <br />VIDING AND GIVING NOTICE OF A SPECIAL <br />ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON <br />MARCH 253 1969, FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS <br />OF SAID CITY PROPOSITIONS TO INCUR <br />BONDED INDEBTEDNESS BY SAID CITY FOR <br />CERTAIN MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton, California <br />DOES ORDAIN as follows : <br />Section 1. A special election is called to be held <br />in said City on March 255 1969, for the purpose of submitting <br />to the qualified voters the propositions of incurring bonded <br />indebtedness in the principal amounts stated in the ballot <br />propositions hereinafter set forth, and for the respective <br />objects and purposes set forth in said ballot propositions. <br />Section 2. The respective estimated costs of the <br />municipal improvements described in the ballot propositions <br />hereinafter set forth are as follows: <br />PROPOSITION <br />Electric Utility <br />Fire Protection <br />Library <br />Park <br />Sewage Treatment Plant <br />Sewer Trunk Lines <br />ESTIMATED COST <br />$ 11220,000 <br />x-80, 000 <br />540, 000 <br />100,000 <br />1,545,000 <br />1,085,000 <br />The estimated cost of each of said municipal improvements <br />includes the following: (a) legal or other fees incidental <br />
