Section 6. A cross (+) placed in the voting square <br />after the word "YES in the manner hereinbefore provided shall <br />be counted in favor of the adoption of a proposition. A <br />cross (+) placed in the voting square after the word "NO" in <br />the manner hereinbefore provided shall be counted against <br />the adoption of a proposition. <br />Section 7. If any proposition for the incurring <br />of bonded indebtedness so submitted receives the requisite <br />number of votes, to wit., two-thirds of the votes of the <br />qualified electors voting on such proposition, bonds of said <br />City, in not exceeding the principal amount stated in such <br />proposition., may be issued and sold for the object and pur- <br />pose set forth in such proposition. <br />Section 8. For the purpose of holding said <br />special election, there are hereby established ten voting <br />precincts consisting of the regular election precincts in <br />said City of the numbers hereinafter stated, as said regular <br />election precincts have been established by the Board of <br />Supervisors of San Bernardino County for the purpose of <br />holding state and county elections. The polling places for <br />the respective voting precincts shall be the places herein- <br />after designated, and the persons hereinafter named, being <br />competent and qualified electors and residents of said City <br />and of their respective voting precincts., are hereby <br />appointed officers of election for their respective voting <br />precincts. <br />
