Move -in building and structures shall be prohibited. 9. Roofs of buildings shall be so planned and con- structed so that they will present an attractive appearance and screening of vents, ducts or equipment on the roof. 10. Outdoor advertising shall be limited to those signs used to identify the use on the premises where sign is located. 11. Uses shall be planned, developed, conducted and operated so that the use would present an attrac- tive appearance to the occupants of abutting properties as well as the occupants of vehicles being driven on adjacent streets and freeways. 12. No use which shall cause vibrations, noise, odors of sufficient intensity to be an annoyance to con- tiguous property owners shall be permitted. 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendations of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby (directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance 1323 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a daily newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose.
