The Authority and Duties of the Planning Commission are as provided by State Law and as delegated by the City Council. The Planning Commission shall elect its Chairman, who's term shall be from January 1, to December 31, of each year, or until election of a replacement. The Planning Commission may elect other officers of the Commission as they may deem necessary at the same time and for the same term as the Chairman. The Planning Commission may establish its own rules for the conducting of public hearings and for the transaction of other business, adopt resolutions of policy for implementing the City's (Planning Program, approve the form and content of permit applica- tions, require information as may be needed to consider permit ;applications, or for recommendations of the Commission. SECTION XV: Meetings, Attendance and Allowance. Regularly scheduled meetings shall be the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Tuesdays of each month in the City Council ;Chambers of City Hall. The dates and meeting place of the Planning ;Commission may be changed by resolution of the City Council. Special meeting and attendance shall be by adopted policy of the Commission. Allowance shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per meeting attended for the Chairman or Acting Chairman, and seven dollars land fifty cents ($7.50) per meeting attended by the other members of the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission allowance may be changed by resolution of the City Council. SECTION V: Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
