AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: 1 SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: i 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference indexed on maps numbered as follows: (a) Maps 4816-6, 4816-8 Index No. A-6-69 Change M-1, C-2, R-3, and R-1 Zones to MLS Zone, or such other zones as may be recommended by the Planning Commission 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendations of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance 1323 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same.
