ORDINANCE NO. 1353 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'T'Y OF COLTON,, AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED„ AND PROVIDING <br />2j FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />I'I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />4 OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />5!, SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />'I <br />6 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />7 <br />1�held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on two <br />Zone District Amendment applications to amend Sections 303 and <br />9'� <br />zo304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />� <br />! 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />11 '� <br />121 adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassifications <br />131 of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to <br />14�said applications. <br />15 3. That said parcelsare delineated and the recommended <br />16 <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference in <br />17 1 <br />1dexed on maps numbered as follows: <br />18 <br />} Ma <br />19 (a 4817-9 Index No. A-7-69 <br />j p <br />20 ! Change an R-3 zone to a C-2 zone <br />211 (b) Map 4817-9 Index No. A-8-69 <br />i <br />22 <br />Change an M-1 zone to an M-2 zone <br />23' 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />24 <br />(held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendations of <br />251 <br />!the Planning Commission. <br />26 <br />27 SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above <br />28 referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is <br />i <br />29 !hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of <br />30 <br />,!Colton adopted by Ordinance 1323 in accordance herewith to show <br />31 <br />,jsaid approval and certify to the same. <br />32 <br />
