111 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6'' <br />7 <br />P%1 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />3.0 <br />31 <br />32 <br />North 1/2 of Blocks 123,124, 125 and 126, of the Town of Colton as <br />recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 37, Records of San Bernardino County, <br />California. <br />(b) Fire Zone 2 shall be considered as comprising all the real <br />property and improvements thereon, located within the boundaries described <br />as follows; <br />All those areas as shown on the official Zoning Map of the City <br />of Colton as amended, as being in a C-1, C-2, M -L and M-1 Zone and all <br />other areas shown on said Zoning Map which hereafter may be reclassified <br />to a C-1, C-2, M -L or M-1 Zone in accordance with Ordinance No. 964 of <br />the City of Colton. <br />(c) Fire Zone 3 shall be considered as comprising all the real <br />property and improvements thereon, located within the city limits of the <br />City of Colton other than as specifically described herein. <br />SECTION 5. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict <br />with the terms and provisions hereof and particularly, but without limitation, <br />Ordinances No. 1110, 1213 and 1257 are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6. If any section, sub -section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of <br />this ordinance. The City Council of this city hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted this ordinance and each section, sub -section, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one <br />or more sections, sub -sections, clauses, phrases or portions thereof be <br />declared invalid or unconsititutional. <br />SECTION 7. The U.B.C. Standards which are referred to in various <br />parts of this Ordinance shall be the Uniform Building Code Standards, 1967 <br />Edition, and are hereby declared to be a part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 8. This Ordinance shall be, and is hereby declared to <br />be in full force and effect, from and after 30 days from this date of <br />final passage and approval. <br />
