ELECTRIC UTILITY BOND PROPOSITION: <br />Shall the City of Colton incur a bonded <br />• indebtedness in the principal amount • <br />' of $1,220,000 for the acquisition and YES <br />construction of additions to and <br />improvements of the electric utility <br />system of said City, including the : <br />construction of a substation, the <br />installation of transmission and : <br />distribution lines, and the acquisition : <br />of land, facilities, equipment and other : <br />property necessary to transmit and NO <br />distribute electric energy and power? <br />A cross (+) placed in the voting square after the <br />word "YES" shall be counted in favor of the adoption of the <br />proposition. A cross (+) placed in the voting square after the <br />word "NO" shall be counted against the adoption of the proposition. <br />Section 6. If the proposition for incurring bonded <br />indebtedness so submitted receives the vote required by law, <br />to wit, two-thirds of the votes of the qualified electors voting <br />on said proposition, bonds of said City, not to exceed the <br />principal amount stated in such proposition may be issued and <br />sold for the purpose set forth in such proposition. <br />Section 7. For the purpose of holding said election <br />there are hereby established ten voting precincts designated <br />as hereinafter stated and each consisting of the regular <br />election precincts in Colton of the numbers hereinafter stated, <br />as said regular election precincts have been established by <br />the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County for the <br />purpose of holding state and county elections and exist on <br />
