That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />81 <br />9I <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one <br />application to amend Sections 303 and <br />10 I I Zone District Amendment ap p <br />ll % 304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />12�i 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />13 II <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification <br />14 <br />sof certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to <br />15 !, <br />16 <br />s aid application. <br />17 <br />3.
